Easy & Quick Returns
You have 30 days to return a items that is full price. Once we receive your item we will refund you original form of payment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange but if its getting close just send us a email at email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it so we can sell it once it is returned to us.
If you need any help or have a question about sizing or anything on your purchase message us using that chat feature and we will get back to as quickly as we can.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or name & order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the if there is any problems.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment asap. Also if you received free shipping on your order and you return full order you refund will be $10 less to cover shipping.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items are FINAL SALE ONLY
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you need sizing help use our chat feature to chat with one of our stylists or call us at (850)837-5565 (hours 10-6 monday - Saturday).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not do return labels at this time.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, then purchase the item you need and return the item that is the wrong size. We sell out quickly due to our limited stock so it's best to order the needed size. Reach out to us if we can help you with the exchange.
